Why didn't I get a grade in myCourses when my clicker was working correctly in class?

If you are not getting a grade in myCourses, your clicker is not registered in your professor's participants list or is registered incorrectly. Please contact your professor directly when you realize you are not receiving a grade for your clicker response. They will be able to look up your name in their list or contact Online Learning for further assistance.

What does a flashing yellow light on my clicker mean?

When you receive a flashing yellow light it means that it can not find a signal from a receiver. The clicker is trying to resent your response in hopes it will find the receiver again, but will time-out after a few sections. This could be occurring because you are on a different channel than the receiver and you simply need to change your channel back to 41.
